I know…I have an HP too…but I have one slight advantage…I have made friends (i.e., batted my eyes) with the guys who actually do the repair of these damn laptops…so I can call them anytime and go out there to their warehouse, and voila! A new (but slightly more damaged than before, I am sure) HP!
